Each softgel delivers 900 mg of omega-3 (450 mg EPA, 300 mg DHA) from 1250 mg of fish oil; the formula is supported with astaxanthin, vitamin E and rosemary leaf extract. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. It is orange-flavoured, with no fishy aftertaste.
